The words that defined me for so many years. The description that showed integrity on the outside, while I was slowly losing parts of myself from within.

Yes, I've excelled in my corporate career, planning and executing hundreds of events, managing teams and navigating a promotion with little direction. I've always made everything and anything happen. But, at the expense to who I truly was beneath that; bright, courageous, open-hearted, talkative, humorous. I began losing my confidence as I was silenced in rooms where I was seen as 'too much' or 'not enough'.

It was time for me to make a change. Not a small change in the everyday, but a complete overhaul of my life direction to date. With years of knowing I was made for more, to become a voice and encouragement for others, I surrendered my career, finances, love life, and my sense of control to the universe. Providing almost 3 months notice, I resigned from my corporate job, packed up and moved from the hustle and bustle of Sydney to the calmer waters on the Central Coast, NSW. 

Prior to where I am today, I endured many life obstacles and lessons; burnout, heartbreak from infidelity, depression, alcohol abuse. I've navigated supporting loved ones with substance abuse and have felt the weight of the world on my shoulders trying to be the strength for others, even when I couldn't be the strength for myself.
